Art studio in the heart of Gleniffer and Promised Land in Bellingen NSW.  Situated at the confluence of the Bellingen and the Never Never Rivers with views to Ngali – Old Man Dreaming in Gumbaynggirr country.   This pavilion is designed for an artist, art and outdoor living.  The architecture is a contemporary reinterpretation of the vernacular bush dwelling.    The pavilion is open plan with living and decks areas orientated to views and sun. Solar passive design with the northerly aspect fully glazed for winter sun and shaded in summer.  Pivoting screens with polycarbonate panels in customised steel frames.  The studio features a compact kitchen, sleeping area, combustion heater, stone floors and an outdoor bathroom.
